Mambo Dinamico’s Level III Class.

What a great time we had last night! Betto taught the technique of the Right Turn with a Back Hook.

For shines and footwork he went over the Slave and Cross & Flare. He also added ladies styling and let’s face it, he CAN rock the ladies Styling! He ended the class with a motivational speech which INSPIRED all.

TONIGHT!

Hello ladies and gentlemen,
So tonight I taught my mambo/ salsa Private. It was tons of fun. The gentlemen and I are working on Cha Cha, Merengue, AND, Bachata.  So ladies, be on the look out for a tall handsome salsero with a pleasantly smoother Bachata!
And don't forget, it's Mambo Dinamico's level 3 class tonight! Guys you know how inspiring Betto is, so don't miss out on your shines and footwork! Ladies, Betto also has something for you too! :-)

Last night I saw the most peculiar incident!

An accident in Progress.

A parked car (probably Stick Shift) had evidently backed/ rolled into another parked car and no one was present in either car.

Great Monday Morning to all,

Boy, do I have a lot of mental energy this morning!

I start off with Apple Cinammon Oatmeal: 120 Cals.
Coupled with Green Tea: <1 Cal. (I added half a pack of equal)

I am working on Making my breakfast the biggest meal of the day.
So I added 2 slices of my Favorite Bread: Pepperidge Farm Cinnamon Bread: 80 Cals/ slice.


Usually an hour before lunch I need a small snack;
Yogurt: 180 Cals, and Yummy Fruit Snacks 80 Cals.

So that Brings me to around 500 and 600 Cals.
That’s 540 Cals to be exact.

                I want everyone to know that Mambo Dinamico ‘s Level 3 Class is tomorrow night (11/15/2010) from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.  Make sure to come out and work on your Footwork and Shines for the first hour and your partner work for the second hour.  I love this class because it gives me a chance to work on my Lead.

                Hello Everyone, It is an honor and a pleasure to present to all The Top Dance Company in North Carolina “MAMBO DINAMICO DANCE COMPANY”.  Mambo Dinamico is owned and directed by non other than Norberto “Betto” Herrera.  Betto  has taught me most of what I know about Mambo/Salsa Technique and History. Purposed to Dance!

Hello every one and welcome to The Official DANCE WORLD WIDE Blog site. For the past 10 yrs I have been traveling the world spreading The PASSION AND SOUL of DANCE!! Dancing is my Life, and with the Grace of GOD I have been blessed to see things and go places many others have only dreamed. Dancing is a way for me to free my mind, share my opinion, and open up to the world around me. For me dancing started in college, I was at a point in my life where I wanted to be a “Better Me”.

It was a beautiful  fall afternoon as I was walking around campus, I happened to come across a flyer for Salsa lessons being held at a near by venue. To my disappointment  my friends did not want to attend so I started this new venture “Sola”.  Later that night I arrived at the venue to find the people and the atmosphere very welcoming.  As the night progressed and I quickly gained the basics of the art of Salsa, I began to feel alive and free to express. “It was as if I had finally found a place of my own”. 

I can truly say that DANCE has changed my life and in this blog I hope that I have a chance to help DANCE change yours. Whether you are Young or Mature, Rich or Poor, Even if you have to left feet and no rhythm at all, I purpose to Inspire you to get up and DANCE!!  PICANTE!!
